• No Waiver: The HairDAO’s failure to enforce any right or power under these Terms will not be construed as, or constitute, a continuing waiver of such provision, or a waiver of any other breach of, or failure to comply with, any other provision of the Terms.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy comprise the entire understanding and agreement between HairDAO and you and supersede any previous understanding or agreement, oral or written, relating to your use of the Website.

• Assignment: This agreement may not be assigned by you without HairDAO’s prior consent in writing. The HairDAO is permitted to assign any of its rights and obligations under this agreement at any time, to any nominated agent.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
